Dorset Activities Ltd. asks that you arrive early on the scheduled date of your Experience and register for your Experience at the scheduled check in time. Dorset Segways cannot permit anyone to participate in an Experience without attending the preceding briefing, so it is essential that you arrive on time. By registering for your experience, you warrant to Dorset Activities that you have not consumed any alcohol or drugs prior to your experience which may affect your ability to participate in the Experience. You confirm that you have read and fully understand the relevant age, height and weight requirements applicable to the relevant experience you are taking and warrant to Dorset Activities that you comply with such requirements. If you have any questions or believe that you may not comply with the above requirements, please call the Dorset Activities Contact Centre Team on 0118 3341807 to discuss what alternative arrangements (if any) are available.
In exceptional circumstances when the Instructor deems that any rider/partcipant in an Experience is unable to: (a) accept instruction, (b) adhere to safety rules, (c) remain in full control of their vehicle, (d) makes contact with another vehicle, (e) is involved in an accident, (f) or behaves in an inappropriate or unacceptable manner, the session may be curtailed immediately at the discretion of the Duty Manager and/or the Instructor. The safety of all participants is of paramount importance.
Dorset Activities Ltd. have many years’ experience of operating activities,experiences, tours, and off road driving activities. This means that we operate within the strict guidelines and safety procedures as laid down by either the equipment manufacturer or the British Off Road Driving Association.

Dorset Activities reserves the right to refuse any person from taking part in any activity.
All activities and experiences have guidelines as to suitability, so please carefully read any relevant information for each activity.
Please note that any minimum and maximum weight and height restrictions are for your safety, and will be closely adhered to by our staff.
Where the duration of an activity or Experience is mentioned in any brochure, by Dorset Activities’ Contact Centre Team or their agents, this is an approximate time given as a guide only, Unless specifically stated otherwise. Any complaints arising from participation or otherwise in connection with any Experience must be received in writing by Dorset Activities within 14 days of the Experience being taken. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorset Activities Ltd. will not consider any complaints received after that period.
